Leg day probably that day of the gym where every individual comes out walking like a Zombie or a penguin. This feeling is universal for every gym freak, and that’s the reason a lot of people run from leg day. Well, I don’t blame them because they were never told about an easy leg day exercise. It is a bit difficult to notice sudden change due to its nature and fat in this region. Legs are supposedly the most important part in our body and undoubtedly the most ignored one too. People concentrate fully on developing their upper body without knowing the fact that it’s the legs on which the whole structure stands.

Maybe that’s the reason getting a paired of toned takes time, but that doesn’t mean you will stop your dedicated efforts toward it.

In this article, we will be discussing exercise that will turn your thighs, calf muscles into a beast. 40-45 mins of exercise will for your leg will be enough to tone up your lower body. But remember DIET is extremely important in it.

1. Bulgarian Split Squat

An exercise that is safe for proper accessibility and allows free and steady movement of mobility and total body stability. It helps in strengthen your joints and ensure a free flow of necessary liquid fluids.

  • 2 sets of 10 reps each will ensure you a healthy and toned pair of legs.

2. Sumo Squat

A perfect exercise to strengthen your lower body muscles and that emphasis on inner thigh glutes, calves and hamstring.

  • 2 sets of 10 reps each will be an ideal combination for those muscular beasts.

3. Swiss ball Leg Curl

It helps in reducing the extra fat of the body and strength the anterior core of the thighs and contributes to the growth of core strength and increase flexibility at all your joints.

  • 2 sets of 10 rep each.

4. Jump Squat

The perfect exercise for weight gain which also helps in muscle building that includes calves and hamstring muscles, this also helps in releasing of the masculinity hormone called the testosterone.

  • 3 set of 15 each will be the perfect combination to start with.
